Our Texas HQ facilities maintains and operates our entire fleet of rotary and fixed wing aircraft offering fully self-sustaining airlift capabilities to our global customers. Since 1991, Air Center Helicopters has been consistently certified by the U.S. Military’s Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) to operate on-demand passenger, cargo and air medical flights for the Department of Defense (DOD). CARB certification is among the highest safety standard certifications that can be achieved by an air carrier. Additionally, Air Center Helicopters is the only commercial operator in the world to receive Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) Special Operations—Expeditionary accreditation certification. The CAMTS accreditation is the “Gold Standard” in medical transport systems. The Air Center fleet is composed of proven high-performance aircraft maintained through rigorous standards that are built to withstand and execute missions in the most challenging operational environments across the globe.

Air Center retains world-class pilots and mechanics on our team. We provide robust in-house FAA approved training for all pilots and mechanics. Continuing education, including safety and technical training is vital to providing our clients with the exceptional service we are known and branded for. We have integrated pre-deployment, recurring and annual training into our Corporate training management system.
ACHI owns and operates the only EC225 FAA approved Level D full motion simulator in the United States. This state-of-the-art simulator, located at our Corporate facilities in Texas, reduces training costs while enhancing training and pilot proficiency. The simulator is critical for initial and annual recurring training as well as enabling custom tailored mission profiles which reduce risk and enhance operational performance. Helicopter Maintenance & Repair
Air Center Helicopters maintains our fleet from our Spinks Airport facilities in Texas as well as forward deploying mobile maintenance teams to various programs in support of fully autonomous operations around the world. Our maintenance operations and logistics facilities encompass over 65,000 square feet of dedicated infrastructure.

RESCUE &

Air Center Helicopters has extensive specialty niche experience and capabilities iN Search and Rescue (SAR)/Personnel Recovery (PR) / Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) / Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) in often hostile, austere and remote environments for US Conventional / Unconventional (Special Operations) and partner nation military forces. Our theater experience with regards to these operations range from Africa to Afghanistan to Antarctica and all points in between.

Gold Standard Special Operations Medical Transport
ACHI is the only commercial operator in the world to receive Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) Special Operations/Expeditionary Accreditation certification. The CAMTS accreditation itself is considered as one of the most prestigious certifications a medical air transport company can achieve. In addition to their NREMT-P certification, all the medics maintain the following credentials: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Prehospital Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Blood Product Administration, and Ventilator Operations. These credentials allow our medical teams to provide Advanced Life Support and some Critical Care levels of treatment. All medics are required to take additional medical education through both in class, and on-line programs.
